All products of NIN House and KING KOIL mattress are always designed, manufactured & supervised with strict quality. Therefore, any product that has a problem with a manufacturer defect (within 7 days from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice) will be repaired or replaced by us completely free of charge (depending on the time and actual product)
This warranty policy does not apply to cases where the product is damaged due to objective conditions (aging or fading due to normal use, weather, accidents, etc.) and from the customer's side (not applicable use, maintain according to instructions and carelessly…)
Conditions for applying warranty policy: products have defects from the manufacturer, the purchase invoice is intact and the content is clearly read.
